Hi,
I am moving to Malaysia soon to work as a IT contractor. I was wondering what are the best possible company structures/ financial structure under which I can do this. I am told at that my only option is to obtain a work permit under a Malaysian company - they pay me as an 'employee' but withhold tax and a service fee. Any advice?
