Sorry but I don,t know the answer to that one ! There must be quite a few and there are also plenty of people who come over for six months just to escape the winter at home. I discover more and more Europeans here everyday - some living quite close by. regards Bob T

well great2no to get accurate details on such issues, it would be better to go to www.mm2h.gov.my....always refer to government based websites with [ dot gov ] addresses to avoid any misleading information, ....as many website publishes Langkawi and Malaysia based on hear say or so called experiences and not on the guideline and rules set by the Malaysian government are partly accurate.
