Started when a group of people went over to see Luang Por Khun in Thailand and wish to open a siamese Buddhist Temple as it was relevent with the amount of buddhist community devoted to the teaching.
 
Luang Por Khun was very please with the guesture and came to the island 2000 April 23 and left 26.

The whole of Langkawi was floored with people even the CPO, Local Authorities, NGOs & local community came.

Miracle happens to many who came to visit and paid homage.
 
2nd trip 2006 came one week June 24 left on an airforce aircraft arrange by the Thailand Royalty.
 
The temple collected RM 2.3 million and is on its way to completion 2009 which will invite him to officiate the opening.
